Rwanda is a lush land of green sprawling hills and smoking volcanoes made famous by Gorillas in the Mist. It is a genuine cyclists’ paradise, as founder Oli Broom found out when he spent two years living a working in Kigali until 2013. Oli knows the country back-to-front, especially on two wheels. It is an epic, undiscovered place for a cycling adventure, full of friendly locals, ways off the tourist trail and of course, the Virunga Mountains bordering Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo are home to some of the last mountain gorillas on the planet.
Over the past few years we have worked with local friends and guides to create fantastic group & tailor-made adventures for riders of all abilities and fitness levels. Rwanda’s stable government will see it attract more and more visitors from abroad over the coming decade, so now is very much the time to visit.
